  I drive to this church in Simi Valley all the way from North Hollywood for Bible Study. Why do I drive so far to attend a church? Because of Pastor Joseph Schimmel and Pastor Steve Aguilar. They are extremely well researched and knowledgeable on the word and truth of God. I feel blessed to have found this church after coming out of a New Age, Agnostic and Buddhist background and it is wonderful to have the truth of God and to have people who are so invested in telling the truth.

  I'm not sure I've ever walked out of a church during the sermon before and I've been to church almost every Sunday in my entire life. The pastor was anti Muslim, right from the get go, and was getting way to political for a pastor, stick to the gospel rather than telling people who to vote for and how much you dislike Obama. Not what a church sermon should be like at all

  Very rich minister, but seemed not to think himself rich. Lived in a posh Simi Valley mansion. But I still loved the man, lol. He just didn't get past the "running, pointing his finger" at everyone and everything. But still one of the greats....

  The most Biblical SOLID Pastor and Church I've ever been a part of. There aren't many real Churches left in America. There a LOT of buildings but few Churches. The Holy Spirit rests on this Church and it's leadership...definitely go there if your in the area and need a Christ centered and Gospel centered Church.

  Pastor Joe speaks the truth and is brilliant at scripture. Pastor Joe does not bury his head in the sand. He has a series on revelations and compares where we are are in current times. This does involve Obama and Muslims. The bible needs to be relevant and alive. The reviewer above was offended. Christianity is not only about love but just like in the bible fighting evil and tyranny. Pastor Joe never states this is 100% fact. He encourages people to do their own research and discuss their views with him and the church. He is brave. In a world that wants to hide from the truth.
